An explanation of the information CleanLink handles, stores, and does not intentionally retain.

1. Operator and scope
Warke CleanLink is operated by Warke Technologies & Research Private Limited, India. This policy concerns the Warke CleanLink website and URL cleaning functionality.
2. URLs you submit
Your full submitted URL is processed on our server so it can be cleaned and returned to you. The application does not intentionally save the full original URL, cleaned URL, query-parameter values, or URL path in its CleanLink usage database. Do not submit passwords, authentication links, private invitation links or other confidential URLs unless you accept the risks of sending them to our server.
3. Usage records we retain
For basic operation, security and aggregate statistics, the application database records the destination hostname (domain), time of each successful cleaning request, number of query items retained, number removed, whether changes were made, and the names (not values) of removed tracking parameters. We do not require a user account for this service.
4. Technical information
Our website uses essential first-party session and security cookies, including protection against forged form requests. Rate limiting may temporarily use a visitor's IP address in server-side cache. Web-hosting, firewall or infrastructure providers may also maintain ordinary technical access and security logs, including IP addresses, independently of the CleanLink usage database.
5. Retention
Usage metadata is configured to be pruned after 90 days. Automatic deletion relies on the hosting scheduler being enabled; administrators can also delete expired records manually. Operational backups and hosting access logs may have separate retention periods set by the hosting provider.
6. Sharing and third parties
CleanLink does not sell submitted URLs. Its core cleaning process does not request the URL destination or transmit it to third-party analytics services. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical data as necessary to deliver and secure the service.
7. Security and limitations
We use server-side validation, administrator authentication, access controls and encrypted browser sessions. No system can promise absolute security. If you have privacy concerns, avoid submitting sensitive URLs.
8. Your inquiries
For questions about this policy or requests concerning your data, please use our contact page. Without user accounts or retained full URLs, it may not always be possible to associate anonymous cleaning records with a particular person.
9. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy if the product or applicable requirements change. The effective date on this page identifies the published version.
